Have you been diagnosised with dementia?

When i was b12 deficient my memory and ability to concentrate were so bad i felt like i had lost 50 points of IQ and wondered if i had dementia.

Post any lab results with ranges and we can try to help.

Wasn't diagnosed, just looked up symptoms, was trying to find a name for it. Hard to describe?

Also on period, so that can be making stuff worse.

Started wiggling toes last night, and it has made a difference I believe. Everyone else can try too.

Feeling better after a month. Also took cardamon and ac vinegar.

Not necessarily - it's the process of gargling that stimulates the vagus nerve to improve brain and gut function.

"Gargle long and deep enough to make it a bit challenging"

Singing loudly also helps 😀
