Hi I'm new to this forum and I have previously been diagnosed b12 deficiency and had loading doses.
My body is screaming help but i cant find out why i feel like death every day I have just got back my thyriod test results and don't know what they actually stand for. My t4 is 11.4 and from what I've read 11 is the bottom line. My ths is 0.6 not sure what the base line should be.
My symptoms are: cold all the time, very fatigued, muscle weakness and cramps, muscle and joint pain arms legs and back, insomnia, tinnitus and dry eyed. I also have palpitations but have been told that's due to my coffee in take. (Not sure on that one) and constant bloating which I previously put down to possible gluten issue but test just came back with 0.3 (range 0.0-10.0) which say normal.
Sorry for the ramble.
I have to appointment booked for Friday and as I only get 5 mins I need to have clear head before I go in.
Any advise truly welcomed.

I asked that as after having loading (5 injections over 2 weeks) I felt terrible for just over 2 then I was good to go . I had prescribed folic acid too , do u know if was low ? I used to get terrible palpitations but these have eased also . Found drinking coconut water has been a great help too . Sorry cannot help with test results as have only had loading and one three monthly and still finding my way .
Thank you for your advise. Not sure how to copy this over to TUK without re typing. I have opened up post to all and not just my community but not sure if this is what you meant.
the best I can suggest is copy and paste - highlight the text and use ctrl+C to copy and then start the post on TUK and use ctrl+v to paste the text across.
Your symptoms sound like hypothyroid stmptoms. You may have hashimotos as well. You should ask to get tested for hashimotos. It's very possible that you are in the beginning stages of hypothyroidism. Hashimotos is the immune system attacking the thyroid. The thyroid levels may not be low in the beginning stages, because the thyroid still has the strength to create as much hormone as it needs, but it will eventually slow down. My hashimotos was not addressed properly (I was given hypothyroid medication, which made me feel back to normal), but then I ended up being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis a few years later. If I were you- get tested for hashimotos and start a hashimotos diet protocol if you test positive for it. Gluten was my biggest contributor to my autoimmune attacks. It is known to contribute to autoimmune issues and inflammation in the body. You should also get some thyroid replacement medication, if needed, but don't forget, just because the medication makes you feel worlds better, it's not the cure. You still need to find out why your thyroid is not functioning properly.
IIzabella Wentz's book- Hashimoto's Protocol can be very helpful for this. I was diagnosed 18 years ago with hypothyroid issues, then Hashimotos, then MS. In the last year I went Gluten free and my MS symptoms are nearly gone and my thyroid has gotten better too.
Thank you for your response. What is the test called for hasimoto? I have appointment with gp today at 9.10 gmt. Can my gp give thyroid meds based on my results and symptoms even though the test results say low normal?
