I am 25 years old woth b12 deficiency. I have noticed that after supplementing and injecting myself with b12 through mp I have noticed alot of improvement in my other symptoms but today I would like to focus only on dizziness and impaired cognitive functions. My dizziness has decreased alot but hasn't gone away completely. It's been almost 6 months so I would like to know how long would it take for it to completely go away? And is anyone out there my age who has completely recovered?

I imagine people your age who have recovered completely are unlikely to remain on this forum :)

I'm 45 and have had some symptoms since I was about 13.

28 months ago I could barely walk or talk. Since then I have done daily SI and taken supporting supplements and I am pretty well now. I still have to be a bit careful but can lead a reasonably "normal" life - I work full time and have a horse, house, partner, social life, etc.

There lots of similar success stories on the Facebook PA/B12 deficiency support group. If you get the right level of supplements for your body there is every chance you can be acceptably well.

Don't despair - there is life with B12d!
