Rajender,
B12 deficiency and treatment isn't about the amounts in your blood, it is about whether or not your cells have enough B12 to run all the processes they need to run. The amount in your blood is one indicator but symptoms are much more important.
There is nothing to stop you retesting B12 at any time but the result is going to be a long way from giving you a full and complete answer.
Relying upon an automated doctor is not necessarily the way to go - the models need to learn and they will only respond to the information that they have been given and you may not be aware of all the information that is needed to provide a full and accurate diagnosis. Mind you, when it comes to B12 and a number of other conditions GPs don't always know all the questions to ask which is why there are specialists ... though unfortunately B12 isn't a common specialism and doesn't fit well into the current structure for specialisation as it cuts across a number of traditional disciplines.
I see that you appear to have been having a conversation with another member of the forum who has chosen to leave and deleted their responses in the process of leaving this conversation.
How long it takes to recover from a B12 deficiency depends on what processes haven't/weren't running properly and what damage happened whilst those processes were not running.
If you have macrocytic anaemia - the comment about having to much iron suggest this is the case - then that will take a couple of months to heal. Nerve damage would take longer though you say you don't have that but you also mention problems with balance which actually does imply some nerve damage though possibly not as peripheral neuropathy.
Rajender - How are you doing now? How much time it took for the complete recovery?
Do you still get symptoms?
