Hi Look4me. That's injectable B12. Does it say hydroxocobalamin on the box? Should also say how many mg's of B12 contained in the 1ml of liquid. (Usual dose is 1mg of B12 in 1ml of liquid).

Rotexmedica do both cyano and hydroxo and the packaging is very similar.
If you look under the red heading the second line down on the white section should tell you if you have hydroxocobalamin or cyanocobalamin.
cyano is a bit cheaper than hydroxo - probably because it is easier to store -
if it is cyano I wouldn't panic about it - cyano can suit some people better than hydroxo - on average people retain hydroxo in their blood twice as long as cyano but there is a significant variation and some people actually retain cyano in the blood longer than hydroxo.
