Soar mouth
Yes, a classic sign of B vitamin deficiency. In our cases almost certainly B12, but it can also be due to a lack of B2 or B6.
Also do u think it's when my b12 levels are low
Depends, do you have it before your injection and it gets better after. Or do you get it after your injection and it takes two days to get better?
If it is the first one then it is due to a deficiency in B12. If so you may need more frequent injections, how often do you have them?
I get it about a month before my injection I have my injection every 3 months
In that case speak to your doctor to get more frequent injections.
Take notes on how things change from when you get an injection and the months afterwards.
From your other posts it looks like you may have peripheral neuropathy from your B12 deficiency, the nerve damage can cause numbness, random pains and sensations (especially in legs and arms), poor vision and secondary RLS.
The BNF guidelines say, if you have PA with neurological involvement you should be treated:
"Initially 1 mg once daily on alternate days until no further improvement, then 1 mg every 2 months."

Sorry for the late reply.
I suggest to Ferrtin and folate level check
I get that, especially if i am run down. Dr said it's a fungal thing and gave me Daktarin oral gel and it works a treat
You can get it online if not from the chemist so you don't need a prescription. Just a little on the effected area and within a day they feel much better.
I get that same issue before my shot. Experience what I call a shredded mouth and it's very tender and sensitive. After jab it goes away within 3 days.
