Sorry to post again so soon, just wondering in anyone else is experiencing this aswell. I've been experiencing regular mouth/jaw pain and literally feel like my teeth are sore. My oral health is fine, just wondering if it's something others experience with this.
Thanks guys!

Yes, I got referred to a jaw specialist and got a mouth guard to stop me grinding my teeth. Needless to say after copious amounts of B12 that disappears. I occasionally get nerve pain in my teeth and bleeding gums and jaw tension still, but generally use that as signal that I need a top up of B12 and Iron and it generally helps. Day to day I am fine now. Hope that helps for you!
Thank you for the reply. I'd taken it as a sign that I need another dose of b12. Just had one a few weeks ago, and already feel horrible. Good to know it's not me just going a little batty with all of this. Glad your day to day health has improved, long may it continue.
I experience teeth aching in the sockets/gums when I am low and in need of an injection. After an injection it goes away. It is just one of the signs my body gives me as an indicator.
Thanks for the reply. I've found the same, currently the injection helps for about a week and then things go downhill again. Hope it's a good health day for you
Thanks for the reply. I think it's due to needing another dose of b12, but my gp seems cpmpletely ignorant to the symptoms of it. Hope you find out what's causing it for you, it's an annoying symptom to have to deal with.
same here...I got it so bad one Friday night I made an emergency appointment for the dentist for the Saturday morning and when I woke up the pain was gone.....the pain in my teeth and jaw has happened several times and my gums were even sore to touch....but now over four months into daily or every second day injections it has disappeared. Definitly B12 related. Hugs. J
Thank you for this. I may increase my jabs to twice weekly and see if I get better related to my teeth aching. I have been doing weekly and they don't ache near as much but it's still "a thing."
