New member. Any advice please?

Hi there,

I am a member of thyroid unlocked and it was recommended that I come here to get some advice on my blood results. In particular my folate is low. My B12 was low and I had concentrated on getting that up which it is now but I'm a bit stuck.

What should I take to bring up my folate? Is it okay without continuing to supplement B12 for a while?
