Well my visit today went a little better than expected, although he is still of the opinion that I don't have PA as I haven't got anaemia according to him. But he has agreed to 1 B12 shots every week for a month and check bloods again, after I pointed out my last bloods were less than January even though I had a shot 8 weeks ago. GP has also increased the ferritin to 3x a day as its moving up very slowly. My folate is 8.ug (3-19) is this going to be high enough with the B12? as its in range and he's not going to give me any. Suppose I must grateful for small mercies!

Thanks for the great support guys.

Well done with the B12.

No, you shouldn't need more folate than anybody else, even if supplementing with B12.
