What is the level in Canadian numbers ???? I know I need B12 and have been keeping up to date ( once a month ) this past year I missed 7 months with no injection as I was hospitalized twice for different reasons .... I finally got my shot this week ....have I caused any problems by not getting shots on time ???

what are your symptoms. missing for 7 months is unlikely to have resulted in any permanent damage. You may have had some symptoms return though - it may be that you need some catch-up shots if symptoms have become quite bad again.
