Question about absorbtion.

I read that in the UK, folks are given loading doses of b12, multiple shots during the first week or more.

I also read that 50 - 98% of a b12 injection is passed from our bodies through urination in 48 hours.

Finally, i read that of the b12 that is absorbed 75% may be in the blood serum so the b12 numbers after injections begin are meaningless. It went on to say, maybe only 25% of the b12 we do absorb is actually in our cells helping us to feel better.

I understand and can follow all of that.

Why get loading doses every day or every other day? If there is a bunch of b12 already in the blood serum, wont the cells grab it/use it when new cells need it?
