What is it that stops you walking?

Sometimes if things have been left too long then damage to nerves can be permanent.

Whilst muscle weakness can be a sign of B12 deficiency there are also other conditions that can cause it and there is no guarantee that there isn't more than one thing going on. Suggest that you wait to find out what the result of the nerve conductivity test is.

B12 does seem to help in some other conditions as well.

Have other symptoms improved and are they continuing to improve?
