My latest blood test showed that:
my iron is high: 182 (ref ranges: 50-170)
my ferritin is quite low: 26 (ref ranges 15-150)
I never heard of it: high iron and low ferritin. Can this be caused by B12 injections?

Am I reading right, Ferritin is within range of 15-150?
unlikely to be anything to do with B12 - not aware of anything that would lead B12 to affect iron levels.
Suggest you discuss with GP
Have you recently started iron? Ferritin is a carrier protein, there are other things that affect it's level.
I'd say your iron is slightly high and your ferritin is normal.
