Have just read on the forum about self injecting pens, that sounds so much easier and better. Does anybody have any information on this.
I am not good with watching me have injections so the Pen idea sounds so much better.

Not aware of any pens or injecting B12 - there are some posts on auto-injectors - which are slightly different.

Thanks for your reply. What are auto-injectors, are they easier to use? I am really nervous about this s.i. thing and coping with it. Can cope with a bit of pain but do not like the look of needles.
I was totally needle phobic - can't believe that it hurts less when I do it myself, and am amazed to find it so easy, have a go & you might find it's not as bad as you thought - I never dreamed I'd be saying this even 6 months ago!
Hi
Know your problem as someone who has had a pathological fear of needles until recent cancer surgery I can encourage you that the needles you need to self inject are very small and non threatening. Get some one to inject you in the shoulder or thigh and you can turn away it takes no time at all.
