self injecting

Was wondering if someone could help.

Had enough of my doctor refusing to cut my B12 jabs from 12 weekly and have decided to self inject now.

I Have found a safe and reliable provider of the hydroxocobalamin but I would like some help as what other equipment I need to buy and where I can buy it from. I have watched some videos on how to do it on Youtube and I'm comfortable on doing it but I don't want to buy the wrong needles or any other stuff I need to self inject.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Congratulations on your decision . You can get all the equipment you need from Medisave.uk You will need a 2ml syringe , for either 1ml or 2ml ampoule of Hydroxocobalamin. You need a 1 1/2 inch needle to withdraw the fluid into the syringe , and I use a 1inch needle with a 25 gauge to actually inject . Exchangesupplies have a 1 1/2 inch needle in 27 gauge if you need a longer needle . That gauge 27 is very fine and will be really painless . You also need alcohol swaps to swab the injection are . Also a yellow sharps box for the used needles .( my local chemist takes them for disposal when full ). Hope I’ve given you the information that you need . Very best of luck 🍀🍀🍀💉💉💉

That's right. Is that hydroxocobalamin? That's the one which is usually used in the UK, but the german pharmacies also sell cyanocobalamin. They both work, and some people prefer one over another :)

Yes , KeithR, Those are excellent. I use them myself , so I can vouch for them . “Depot” always means that the B12 used is Hydroxocobalamin. If you aren’t careful , you can order Cynocobalamin by mistake .It also is effective but Hydroxocobalamin is reputed to stay in ones system longer , so is preferable. 👍

I use a 23 gauge to both draw the fluid and to inject.
