I ordered B12 Hydroxocobalamin (B12 DEPOT ROTEXMEDICA 10x1ml) from this German company - surprisingly easy - just press Union Jack to translate and pay by PayPal.

I inject sub cut as it seems less daunting than IM initially - syringes, needles, Sharps bin, etc. from Medisave or Amazon.
