Might be a stupid question, but then I'm fogged at the moment, so here goes... Is it okay to take a methylcobalamin spray in between my hydroxocobalamin injections?
thanks

Put it this way Hidden I "spray" with methyl yet I've been having cyanocobamalin B12 injected for 45 years and I'm still "clivealive" at 75. Hydrox is just another (supposedly more efficient than cyano) form and as far as I know the cobalt element is just the same in all three.
Give it a go....
Thanks Clive, it's just arrived, I will give a try.
I bought one and tried it a couple of times, but it made me feel dizzy. I liked the idea of a quick boost between injections (cyano every 3 weeks). Maybe I should try it again, I will read this thread to find out if other people use it and feel ok afterwards.
I use a B12 Boost spray when I feel my injection is starting to wear off and symptoms are kicking in again, find it helps a little, normally use 2 squirts morning and 2 squirts evening have not noticed any side effects from it
