Hi,if i open and ampoule 1ml (50mg/ml concentration) methylcobalamin b12 can i use 0.50ml for one shot and next week the other 0.50ml for other shot if keep the content store in the fridge.Thank you

Hi Gybryl. Please can you check you have the 50mg dosage right? 50mg sounds like a large dose.

Ampoules usually have 1mg, 1.5mg or 5mg in 1ml or 2mls of fluid.

Oh, and...ampoules are for single injection use only...I wouldn't use as multi-dose.

Thanks for reply,ya i check again and ampoules are 500mcg wich is mean 0.5mg isn't?Thanks for quick answer

Yep...usual dose for B12 injections is 1mg, so you'd need two ampoules if you wanted to take the 1mg B12 dose that is usually prescribed 👍
