What do you mean by wrong? Did you inject the wrong thing? Or did you inject into the wrong place?

Please can you clarify what you mean by 'wrong injection'...the wrong drug injected...air bubble in syringe...a query about the place/location you injected...self-injection or injection at the surgery etc?
