you are definitely folate deficient.

you may be B12 deficient - needs to be evaluated on basis of symptoms. Active B12 would imply that you aren't B12 deficient but you could ask for other markers to be looked at - namely MMA which will be raised if your cells aren't actually getting enough B12. Fact that you are folate deficient means homocysteine won't be a good test to help clarify as if it is raised that could just be due to the folate being low.
