Upset stomach and stomach pains are on the list of symptoms with P.A. Newberryk

I seem to get them for a day or two between my 3 weekly injections of cyanocobamalin but as you say they don't last long and I've been having them for years.

However if you are concerned about it check with your doctor.

I wish you well.

I found that going gluten free solved that problem.

having stomach pain can be really difficult to diagnose,I've had long term problems on and of for years,so you really need to see a doctor to get to the bottom of your pain,I've had ulcerative colitis 25 years ago,a duodenum ulcer, removal of my appendix and more recently an internal bleed, and each compliant gave me stomach pains, however the pains were different for each compliant so if you are really worried a trip to A&E might be seriously worth considering,as it's only the correct way to go and if you need treatment this can alleviate your mind racing overtime,so have a good Christmas but think carefully and just put your mind at rest and seek some professional help, thanks

I had pains in the gall bladder region for a while but nothing was found on a scan. Since having B12 injections that particular pain has gone.

It's worth trying a gluten free diet. I've also found as I don't sleep well at night, I make sure I eat a small amount about 9pm. Otherwise, wide awake at 3 a.m it's a long time since dinner between 6 and 7 p.m.

The gluten free has helped.

It was stomach pains that led them to discover that I had low B12. Though they didn't associate the two. They told me I had IBS but a couple of months after the loading dose the pain more or less went and only really comes back again when all the other B12 symptoms return.

Before you start treating yourself or putting yourself through the torture of a gluten-free diet, please follow the advice to see a doctor.

Yes, I agree with fbirder! There are so many things it could be and it is worth getting yourself checked out. Then you can try gluten free, which has helped me tremendously. ☺best of Luck I hoe you get some answers!
