Please help i have been diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency.i have had ine injection but now experiencing strange feeling.i feel i am having a heart attack but got no pain in centre of chest i know its my aniexty getting the better of me.how long until i feel better.i have to have 4 injections a week apart then one every 3 months.please help i am going crazy.
I have no chest pain only an ache in my right shoulder.no other signs of heart just convinced myself mentally
How does it feel to have too much B12?
