it appears to be an auto-immune disorder in which muscle weakness results from nerve signals getting 'scrambled'.
The article lists various bits of research that are being done - but there isn't any mention of interactions with vitamins.
It is often discussed that healing the gut can help with calming down auto-immune responses in the body. It seems that an inflamed gut can be the source of so many problems.

Hi TAB100 . I had suspected MG a few years ago but tested negative so it looks as though my lupus was playing games. Again. Anyhow, there is fantastic (USA predominantly) website called neurotalk.org/forum77/ with a section dedicated to MG. There are some very knowledgeable helpful people on board. Hopefully this link will work.
