I'm not medically qualified but from what I can see your B12 is not too bad but your Vitamin D is bad and you need to see your doctor as soon as you can. Ask to have your Folate level checked.

Hi Lucieb01,

While your B12 is in range, it is under 500 which mean you could be experiencing symptoms of low b12. Do you have any symptoms such as fatigue, unsteadiness, sore tongue, ringing in ears, pins and needles feeling in hand, arms feet or legs? You might want to take a look at the pinned posts to the right to check any other symptoms-there are lots of other symptoms, can't remember them all. Oh, brain fog and bad memory, lol.

And is your D Level really 01? I 'm not sure I am reading that correctly. But if that is what it is, I agree with Clivealive that you need to get to the doctor to get that attended to. That is very low.

Best wishes and post again if you have other concerns or questions.

:-)
