One sided neuropathy

I am new here but was diagnosed with PA 30 years ago. My B12 levels are high as I have regular and frequent injections but recently, following a throat/gland infection I have neurological symptoms in my right leg and arm. Before B12 I had bilateral neuropathy. Could there be a link?

Hi Wm3521 do you know what your Folate level is as this is essential to process the B12?

Thank you Clive alive. I was told my blood test results were normal but it would be worth double checking.

There are many, many possible causes of neuropathies (I've just got a whole book on the subject). Some are unilateral, others bilateral.

You best bet is to see a neurologist.

Thank you birder. I have been referred to a neurologist but feel I need information so that I can take understanding to the consultation.
