Does Brain Fog - improve????

I had the Montreal Cognitive Assessment to get a base line on my memory to quantify my PA brain fog. I scored 24 out of 30. Normal is 27.4 and a score of 22.1 is mild cogitive impairment. I am getting one B12 injection a week (one week 11). My internist plans to decrease my injections in November. Assuming the cause of my poor score is my PA, will it improve with more shots? My aches have subsided somewhat, but neuropathy has now shown up in my left foot.
