Ever since my loading dose my sleeping has been very bad. The most I Am getting between waking is 2.5 hrs and mostly just one hour. Can you tell me if this is related to the B12 injections and is there anything that could improve the pattern.
Thankyou

My brother is exactly the same and I've asked for answers on here too. It sounds like torture, sorry for you and my brother. It's a side effect and you need to have the jabs as early as possible. I'm still Looking for answers for him sorry.
I think insomnia is a symptom of PA this was a symptom I had before I was treated with B12 injections. I think this has improved somewhat with treatment but now never sleep before 2am or 3am and on bad nights 4 or 5am usually wake between 8 and 9am. I agree horrible but before treatment often only got a couple of hours sleep, so don't think side effect of treatment. Interested to hear what others with PA think.
Treatment or not I just don't sleep anymore. I'm being to think I've evolved into an non sleeping monster. I get a few hours a day/night, I don't know if it's related to PA though
check symptoms of PA on PAS site, insomnia is listed and it is a horrible thing to live with, my GP hasn't offered any solutions but OH at work has allowed a reasonable adjustment to my working hours taking this into account and acknowledge insomnia is a symptom of PA.
