Since starting my b12 injections and all my vitamin supplements I've noticed a very distinctive smell in my wee - has anyone else ever had this?

Probably your B-complex, those things smell..

Yes, I'm worried that my sweat might be more pungent too. Urine is also deeper yellow in colour.

the deep yellow is vitamin B2, also a colourant (E101) in food and tabs and other stuff.

After 45 years of B12 injections I'm a wee bit surprised I have never noticed other than when I've had a corned beef or Marmite sandwich for lunch and I'm still "clivealive" at 75 :)

Yes. But either I have got what I take better balanced or I have got used to it as I notice it less now.
