I've been supplementing with b12 spray but I'm forgetting how to do the most easiest task such as changing gear when driving, I started to make a cup of tea earlier and couldn't remember how to do it , does this happen to any one else?

Forgetting how to do things
Yes, more and more. It's very disturbing, isn't it? We can only keep on with treatment and hope cognitive function improves.
Happens with me too! Sometimes worse than others. I remember getting into the car not long ago, setting off, and then I forgot where I was going. So came home again.
Luckily my ability to drive has not been affected (yet!) but I know of others who have decided to stop driving. Not good.
I'd call it a wasted journey...but I never got to make a journey.
It's horrible and I deal with it by laughing at myself.
Guess I just wanted to say that you're not alone. As Hillwoman says, all we can do is keep up with treatment and hope for improvement.
Take care and keep well xx

Oh Yes, Yes, Yes - what?
