Help interpreting B12 results

I am altering my thyroid medication and have also had my B12 and Folates checked. Can anyone help interpret the result? I have been advised I need to be in range between 500-1,300 pg/ml (picograms per millilitre) but my B12 results say 452 ng/L (nanograms per litre). I'm assuming these are the same relative grammes to volume, just expressed differently?

Many thanks.

Yup. 1000 pg is 1 ng. and 1000 ml is 1 L. So 1000 pg/ml is the same as 1000 ng/L

It may seem confusing, but it's a lot easier than using grains per gill.
