I'm on day 6 of water like diarreah I'm starting to think this a symptom rather than a "bug" no one else is ill (I have 5 kids) and I'm so weak! I feel like my energy is going down daily!
Can't eat due to sore mouth/tounge - feel like I need putting down lol!
Can not wait till my b12 arrives this week!

You could be right about it being a symptom, it was 10 days of the runs which took me to the gp prior to confirmed diagnosis.
I absolutely could not eat when my b12 was lowest. Choking down a couple of bites of food a day was so difficult I'd cry!
Since b12 is essential for a healthy lining of your digestive tract, it makes sense digestive issues could get worse.
If you're really losing fluids, maybe go to urgent care? Vegetable juices or electrolyte drinks might help?
