headaches after taking B12 sublingual

I have recently been trying a small amount of sublingual B12 spray, but I always seem to develop a headache about 2-3 hrs. after using it. I would love to keep using it because lately I am using a lot of hair and it's pretty depressing. Does anyone else here get headaches from taking B12?

I used to get headaches regularly when I started using methyl B12 - but wasn't sublingual that was nasal. Think others have reported getting same with methyl sublingual but couldn't be sure about it.

My headaches were much quicker to start - initially they lingered for ever but now they are more like 'ice-cream' headaches - just last a few minutes - if I get them at all.

The only time i got headaches was when i first started using methyl patches. I put them on my neck as directed, did this twice and had headache both times, then tried on my arm- no headache so guess there must have been a link and not just coincidence.

Re hair loss have you had thyroid tests done?

Yes I do get a headache from taking b12 sublingual Kirkland brand 600 mcg.methycobalamin . Got to the point I stop taking them some days, just to have a day with no headache .
