I'm struggling to get my supplementing of B12 correct and have felt terrible over the last few days. This morning when I blew my nose, my hanky contained blood. Is this due to low B12? Thank-you.

Does Low B12 Cause Nosebleeds?
I remember years ago - when I was small and staying at my grans - that I had a really bad cold and was taken to the doctors when I started to have nose bleeds - doctor told my gran not to worry as the nose-bleed was a sign that the cold was coming to an end.
okay - long way of saying that it may be a sign that your autoimmune system is getting stronger and is fighting infections more 'traitionally'.
It could also be something to do with blood pressure and there are probably other things - one nose bleed isn't an issue but if you find it continuing and/or getting worse then go and see your doctor about it.
Thanks Gambit. BP is fine but I've been wondering if I'm one of those people who need more than one type of supplement. I was using an oil containing both methyl and adeno but was cutting back on that to take the injections instead, so am now not sure whether it's just too low B12 or that I'm not getting enough of the right kind. Back to the drawing board!
Wasn't quite clear from the post if the problem was a full blown nose bleed or just a few bloody cells coming away when you blow your nose. Few bloody cells probably isn't anything to worry about and will happen as membranes in nose are replaced. A series of unexplained nose-bleeds would be more significant and would probably be something to at least mention to the doctor and see what they say.
Really not an expert on nose bleeds - aside from the experience when I was small - over 40 years ago now ...
