I feel I'm hitting a brick wall. Can anyone help. I can not find right philes of b12 and I can not read Germany.

You can get phials of Hydroxo and Methylcobalamin from b-amazing.net They are in U.K. They supply it in dried form which you reyhdrate with saline that they supply with the phials. Oxford Biosciences supply dried Methylcobalamin, but not saline which you have to get from Germany-- Bodfeld apotheke.

You can buy B12 from mycare.de or Amazon.de both are in Germany.

If you are having problems reading the German website versions then either use something like Google translate and copy and paste the German into it to get it in English

Or on a Google search page there should be a 'Translate this page' link next to each suggestion.

Which make/type of B12 did you want? I used mycare.de and clicked on English in top right hand corner. The translation was not brilliant and anything I did not understand I copied and pasted into google translate German to English.
