Mine also are reduced but not gone. I have them more if in bright lights or after a bath or after a small amount of walking.

I expect it is our central nervous system still healing. I've asked the doctor several times and have had no answers.

Not any more. Every 2 weeks at the doctors . Recently had one after 1 week but didn't seem to make any difference.

Are you on any medication that could cause them?

No it’s because of deficiency

I have tremors because of b12 deficiency. You should be on alternate days as per the guidelines. I moved my self to daily injections three weeks ago and that has really helped. Not gone but very mild now. Daily has really improved them. Alternates days also made a massive difference but I used to find the tremor increased on second day & progress had stopped.

I can confirm that in initial days you need daily or alternate days injections. Weekly injections might not be sufficient. After 4 months of every alternate day injections almost all of my symptoms are gone. And I don’t need alternate day injections anymore and if I feel tired or see any of the symptoms returning back I will immediately have an injection and it will help. This is my case and may be it’s same for most of the people in initial stages. Also I noticed that after injections we get same symptoms as of deficiency but after a day I feel better. This is what many of the experienced guys in this forum posted many times. I thank all of them and this society. I would have probably be dead or disabled by now if I would have not joined this group 5 months ago with the amount and range of symptoms i had. Its quite common to be anxious when the symptoms are severe but with the right treatment everything should be ok after some days months or even years. Staying strong and telling yourself that you are fine is very important during this period. Pls also check other potential causes if it’s not related to b12 deficiency. Hope my experience helps others.

How often do u inject now? How long have u been on treatment for?

And to add to Thusali1 great reply.....everyone is different. Ive been injecting alternate days for nearly a year, though much improved I still had my tremors but much reduced. For me moving to daily injections seems to be best for me as my tremors have further improved since doing so -been three weeks.

So to some degree you have to be guided by what feels right for you.
