Supplement sprays

Does anyone know of a good spray supplement for B12, Ferritin and Folate.

There are a few B12 sprays available from Amazon. I use Pure Advantage B12 500mg spray, currently about £15.00 plus delivery. It's helped with my burning, tingling mouth and has restored my sense of taste.

Thanks..iv looked in local health stores and i can find B12 or folate sprays, so may have to go through Amazon.
