Yes I have been using one I purchased on Amazon for $25 and it really does help me. I use it first thing in the morning.
Lots of information on posts here if you search for light therapy and red light therapy. My husband has used red light therapy since last September. Its definitely is helping him.
Helps me too. White light led tablet from Amazon.
