Does anyone know anything about Magnesium Oil Spray? Debbie Gilbert on the PArtners of People With Parkinson's FB website mentioned she used it for her Moms legs. After investigating a little, I see that it has a whole bunch of benefits! Any thoughts?

Did not do much for me!

I was recommended to use a spray as it gets absorbed quicker than the tablets. I'm not convinced but continue to take tablets at night to avoid more cramps.

PositivePen Do you get stomach upset from it, and how much do you take? Thanks!

Some people really like Magnesium Oil but others find them messy and most leave a residue on the skin. Another option for using magnesium if you have problems with taking it orally is either Epsom salt baths or foot soaks. The body absorbs the amount of magnesium it needs. what it needs. In a bath use 2 cups. A foot soak usually just 1 cup depending on size of your container.

answerseeker Thanks so much! A foot soak sounds great for Ron, I had bought a bottle of the spray at a health food store, didn't cost much, though, and I didn't realize that Epsom salts was magnesium! Have a wonderful day!
