My Chronic pancreatitis

Hi all my names Darren, after years if no idea what was happening I got diagnosed around 2013, since then had 2 surgeries and stents put in as my pancreas is covered in cysts spent probably about 50% of last 12 years in hospital and numerous stays in ICU due to pancreatic abdominal sepsis. I was on creon but found they made my pain worse I'm now on Nutriziem 22 and Pancrex V aswell as havin a Jej tube fitted into my abdomen and then into my bowels and a laparotomy a month ago as snow developed Gastoparieses Also yeah I've ended up diabetic due to pancreas😤 x

Welcome, Dazgr. Sounds like you've had a time of it!

I also spent a good portion of my younger life in the hospital. Many years more in than out.

YES! The stomach swelling was a big part of it.
