well hello everyone, my story so far, after going back and forth to gps and hospital scans, back in 2002, i had the gallbladder and stones, removed, and bouts of acute, pancrac then since then i have been back and forth, having still the same symtoms, now 2024, a colonoscopy, found i had a 50mm,bulge, on the tail of the pancreas , yehhhs happy dance in order. but years of pain relief medication, as left me un healty in overways, the depression axiety, sickness, none existent diet, all going back to before they removed the gallblader, back in 2002. but thats all for now folks. and watch out for spicey foods. no good 🥰

I'm sorry but I'm not in the position to advise you. Wish I was. Is there a dietician nurse in the gastro dept ? Mine rings every few months or I can contact them.
