Awaiting diagnosis

I have been suffering with reflux and burping issues since Feb 2020. Had a colonosocopy early March, small polyp removed and awaiting biopsy results. Also had a CT scan on 13/3 but nothing was picked up. GP prescribed PPIs for two weeks but they did not help with burping or acid reflux and noticed that bowel movements had become soft and had a strange smell. The GP checked all my bloods and my Amylase levels but all normal. The burping and reflux has improved but not had a normal stool since starting the PPIs 4 weeks ago and I am worried that something has been missed on the CT scan. I am having an endoscopy tomorrow but this will not look at the pancreas. I know from the stools that I have a malabsorption issue as they are too soft and sometimes contain undigested food. My Consultant thinks that because the CT scan was clear there is nothing to worry out but I am convinced that there is something seriously wrong. Please can you advise on what I should do next.
