Post Wipple surgery pain

My sister had the Wipple procedure 6 months procedure 6 months ago.She still has unbearable pain on her stomach and can eat very little.If she takes painmedication she is constipated.She has diaree- sleeps very little and is getting depressed

Any help please?The surgeon did tests and gastroscopy and colonoscopy but finds no problem.She also has a retraction of the wound just above the naval
