I am diabetic well controlled with tablets, but I now have very bad feet my doctor thinks it could be metatarsal problems, how do I cope with this.

Bad feet

Have you been to see a podiatrist? They are the experts on feet and they will be able to help you with this.
Hi BowlingM,
apart from your feet hope everything else is good for you, however, if you are a Diabetic then the GP should refer you to the hospital, so they can make a prognosis and give you treatment for it, there are a couple of issues here if you have fractured it may be a long time ago and you didn't notice at the time or could be part of the tendon that may need to be re-sutured back to stop the pain, the reason why I suggested back to your GP as if it is left then the pain can start going towards your hips and other joints, I hope this has helped a little and good luck
Kind regards
Mark
Hi BowlingM,
That's good, at least they are going to check and be able to tell you what it is for you and the best actions to take next, maybe physio will need to do a 'pinch test' it shouldn't hurt but in the meantime try and keep both feet elevated as this should ease slightly for you.
Regards
Mark
