Punctured foot, is it fine?

Some weeks ago I punctured my foot like an idiot on tree while trying to trim it down, firstly I didn’t notice the damage because I’ve already sprained my ankle. Firstly I noticed the damage while getting back home. The pain after was immeasurable, the next few days I couldn’t step on the heel of that foot but I could walk. Now I walk normally without no pain but the wound has a dark green look to it in the stabbed area while having a pink-ish tone around the wound. Can anyone varify what is going on here by seeing a picture of some sorts? Unfortunately I can’t access a hospital due to reasons I don’t want to adress.

See your gp or practice nurse , it sounds like it might be infected so you can’t treat it without some help.
