Hi everyone. I would like some advice if I may ask
I have a pain on the outside of my right foot. The pain goes from the back of my heal and finishes just before the little toe. I am finding it very painful to walk with now.
Any ideas please and how can I make it comfortable?
Thank you in advance.

Wow, that is a good question? I am guessing that you have not seen a Dr. as of this posting so I would like to ask what it feels like...the same thing the Dr. will/would ask? Searing, ripping pain that comes on suddenly or a more bothersome and painful feeling? Thanks and hope this problem goes away as quickly as it appeared.
Good Morning Lbf. Thank you for your reply. The pain is as if I have shot my foot out and pulled a muscle. I don't know how best to describe it. It limits my walking ability. Getting to see a doctor means me having to wait a couple of weeks. As the climate is today.
You could see a private physio if its too long to wait to see a doctor. My chiropractor is qualified in problems with feet and that is who I saw when I had problems with pain along my sole.
Hi, I have arthritis in my feet but started having an extra pain on the outside of my foot from heel to just past instep, it made walking even worse for me. I have seen doctor and he told me to get a good insert to put in my shoes to support the arch of the foot. I had problems to begin with and felt like someone had beaten my insteps or I had walked over boulders!! I persevered and now my feet have begun to get used to these inserts it has eased that particular pain. There are sights on the internet where these can be bought just get a decent firm pair of these (podiatrists recommended one's) Hope it works for you
