For the past two months every time I blow my nose blood keeps coming out and I've been having headaches every day.

Should I be worried and what should I do?

Hi bountythecat

We would always encourage you to seek medical advice for any symptoms you are unsure of. They will be the best people to help you. You may want to reach out to your GP/nurse or your pharmacist may be able to help. I hope your headaches and nose bleeding ease soon.

Have you had you blood pressure checked recently.

If not ,do so.

You're either dealing with a local nasal problem or a blood coagulation problem. This could be serious and needs to be evaluated. Call your doc!
