Living with ankylosing spondylitis has been emotionally challenging, and I know I can't face it alone. I'm seeking mental support through therapy, support groups, or loved ones to help manage the emotional impact. Embracing self-compassion and hope, I need others to walk this journey with me.

Online communities can be very good but local ones can be even better, depending of course on where you live. Your GP surgery should know of some, Citizens Advice I'm sure will be able to help. I hope you find what you're looking for!
