The last time I needed wheelchair services there was no issue. Now, I am waiting for my new chair that has been delayed and delayed. The 6-8 weeks has long gone - while I have been waiting - the wheel-rim of my chair has been coming off - with now only two screws holding it in place. There were meant to come last week on Friday - then Wednesday but now they say they are coming Monday. I have had to use plant ties to hold it together.
