Other than not being in a work place as unlikely to be insured if I fell etc, if not receiving any sickness benefits-is there any reason not to do freelance from home if I find a suitable something?
I really can't do sitting doing nothing and unable to do normal self employed work as I can't lift heavy items, climb ladders etc.
My associates are pressuring me to do manual handling job and don't seem to understand 2-4 hours a day paperwork might be viable.
lumping materials round on uneven ground- not happening

I have just been reading your previous post but it’s difficult to understand what is happening to you or what work you used to do… I would have thought your gp is best placed to give advice as to what (if any) work you can do at this current time.
I noticed in previous post you were confused re pension credits. My understanding is that if you are eligible for them, that it is a good idea to do this. You may be a long time off retiring but people are being asked to have more and more pension years to pick up a full pension. Otherwise you will have to pay for any gaps in pension history BUT this is not an area of my expertise so would suggest you speak to somewhere like CAB who may be able to advise you. Either that or if you look up on government website there is a pension forecast unit who I have found extremely helpful to talk with re government pension.
