Hi, I had a quadruple heart bypass just before my 51st birthday 4 years ago, I have since been left with nerve damage in my torso. They said it would have happened from an underlying issue ok. Then just over a year ago I had womb cancer and had a total hysterectomy but now with my nerve damage I am in constant pain 24 hours and now finding it harder to cope with it, I take all my pills but it is limiting anything I do, I can't go out for a walk now, I need to use a wheelchair. My pain is getting so much and with it affecting me every day I just can't take it anymore, its killing me inside.

Pain is killing me
Hey,
I can understand your situation, but I don't have a solution for that. Better to consult with a neurosurgeon for your nerve damage. Nerve pain is a killing one. My prayers with you!
I have nerve pain not as bad as you. Mine in my ankles and very hard to walk. Mine swells too. I had 2 mri scans they were clear. Came back wear and tear. I recently saw another neurologist and he say it the nerve endings and it comes from the spine. He has suggested to try gabapentine with amtrip line and see how that goes. I’ve try everything but nothing so far has worked.
Gaba and ama might help you, I take both of them gaba 3 times a day 600mg and ama at night 20mg. At night I am able to sleep at times better with the ama, atleast when we sleep we manage to get a bit of relief from pain. Sending you healing thoughts xx
